Terms of Service.

Governing Law: United Kingdom
Effective: January 11, 2026

01 / Introduction

Welcome to the Platform (“the Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your use of our autonomous time-tracking and analytics platform that integrates with Microsoft 365 services such as calendars and OneDrive. By using our Platform, you agree to these Terms.

02 / Eligibility

Users must be 18 years or older. By using the Platform, you represent that you are of legal working age and have the right to enter into these Terms.

03 / Accounts & Integrations

Users may connect Microsoft 365 accounts via secure OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and must comply with Microsoft 365 terms of service. Users may not share or sell accounts.

04 / AI & Autonomous Logging

Autonomous Analysis

The Platform autonomously logs time and generates analytics based on data from connected Microsoft 365 accounts. AI-assisted classifications may occasionally be uncertain. Users retain final responsibility for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of data entries.

05 / Prohibited Activities

  • Reverse-engineering AI algorithms
  • Selling or trading profiles
  • Falsifying work activity records
  • Unauthorized account access
  • Distributing harmful software
  • Illegal or fraudulent misuse

06 / Payments & Subscriptions

Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly. Cancellation prevents future charges, but fees are non-refundable. Liability is limited to the fees paid during the six months preceding a claim.

07 / Refunds & Cancellation

Users may cancel at any time. Current subscription fees are non-refundable, and no refunds are provided for partial months or unused features.

08 / Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be attempted to resolve informally for 30 days. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in the United Kingdom under UK law.

09 / Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms. Users will be notified via email or in-app notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

10 / Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee complete accuracy of autonomous logs. Liability is capped at subscription fees paid in the preceding six months.

11 / Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

12 / Industry Compliance

The Platform is a general productivity tool and does not require compliance with HIPAA, PCI DSS, FERPA, or similar regulations.

13 / User Reviews

Users cannot submit reviews or ratings on the Platform. Interactions are limited to time tracking, analytics, and classifications.

14 / Third-Party Links

The Platform does not link to external websites we do not own. Integrations with Microsoft 365 occur via secure APIs.
